ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinates with various departments, including building administration’s Safety Marshalls, First Aiders, and others on related Safety activities.
- Assists the emergency response of the project site.
- Responsible for health condition screening, conducts first aid and provides recommendations/endorsement to employees who fall ill or caught in an accident during working hours.
- Monitors health conditions and reports the status of an employee who is on sick leave or under quarantine during a recommended/prescribed quarantine period.
- Assist HR to assess and provide entry clearance for employees who are returning from their sick leave.
- Documentation of medical records, and inventory of medical supplies.
- Comply with Company requirements related to HSE.
- In charge of government affiliation reports. DOLE, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and BIR.
- Attend to the healthcare concerns of the employees.
- In charge of planning the wellness program for the company and its employees.
Requirements
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing.
- PRC License is a must
- With Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training
- With at least 2 years of working experience in the same field
- Has an extensive experience in providing assistance to the employees.
- Has good communication skills
