1. Oversee local operations with respect to departmental functions, administration, and workforce supervision.
2. Achieve local performance targets.
3. Enhance operational procedure and business processes according to local standards.
4. Serve as a company representative for any regulatory and local government requirements.
5. Duties and responsibilities include interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning
assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee’s performance and corrective action plans; employee
motivation and rewards.
