Jansson LLC, an independent agent of Landstar, is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team in the logistics and supply chain industry. We are looking for a Sales Associate that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively identifying the customer's decision-makers within our geographic areas to make sure we reach out to the right people to create conversion and long term partnerships. The Sales Associate will also be responsible in looking for potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify minimum of 10 prospects per day (50 prospects per week)
- 3 conversions via call per week
- Responsible for sequence building in Outreach
- Lead Generation via ZoomInfo
- Daily End of Day Reports via Notion
- Reporting time will be US Hours (CDT)
- 5 hours per day (25 hours/ week)
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the BPO industry (must)
- Solid experience as a Customer Service Representative (must)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Associate (must)
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good English proficiency
- Self motivated
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
