About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient virtual assistant to provide administrative and technical support to our mortgage brokers. The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, customer service, file management, and marketing support.
This is a full-time, permanent, day-shift, office-based in Cebu City.
- Process loan applications and documentation
- Answer customer inquiries and provide loan status updates
- Manage the mortgage broker's calendar and schedule appointments
- Research mortgage products and rates
- Generate leads and promote the mortgage broker's services
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a related role
- Experience with Flex, ApplyOnline is a must
- Experience in Equifax, ActivePipe, Quickly, and Broker Engine preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
