Job Description

LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Supply Chain Planner - 11932146550Working Hours/Shift: M-F, Flexible (overlap atleast 4-6 hours in Dublin Timezone, client's working hours to follow)
Salary Range: 800-1500 USD

Main Purpose of the Role:

As Supply Chain Planner you are responsible for working within the Supply Chain team to ensure all aspects of our supply chain is fully functioning. You will report to the Operations Manager. You will have excellent communication and time management skills. An ability to handle high volume workflow in a professional setting. Your function is to support the Supply Chain amp; Operations teams and ensure customer satisfaction.

Main Duties amp; Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle order management in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with warehouses, transport companies and manufacturers to ensure
  • smooth supply of goods on a continuous basis.
  • Plan delivery routes for company drivers and 3PLs.
  • Sort Delivery dockets and ensure invoice pricing matches the relevant sales
  • promotion in-store.
  • Manage promotional calendars for and product submissions for NPD and sales
  • promotions.
  • Match Invoice amp; Proof of Delivery (PODs) dockets on internal systems.
  • Liaise with the Commercial Team internally to handle all customer queries.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing plants upstream on production schedules amp;
  • product availability.
  • Plan internal promotional calendar schedules.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience as a Supply Chain Planner or similar roles
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Comfortable talking to customers via telephone.
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically in data entry, CRM and Excel.
  • Experience using CRM or Invoice software is also an advantage.
  • Ability to work to follow processes and work to achieve KPIs.
  • Experience in customer service or an office-based role (highly desirable).
