They are now looking to hire a Construction Estimator who will play a pivotal role in shaping the client's projects through precise estimation and comprehensive assessment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting measurements and take-offs for accurate project assessment.
• Utilizing estimating templates to input data and generate estimates.
• Preparing well-structured tender scopes of work.
• Meticulously comparing construction changes across different drawing revisions to ensure precision.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a construction estimating role.
• Ideally, a degree holder in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Proficiency in utilizing Bluebeam Revu for efficient project estimation.
• Strong command of MS Word and MS Excel for effective documentation and analysis.
• A proactive willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• A positive "can-do" attitude that thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy at every stage.
