• Ensure timely transportation and delivery of goods, both domestically and internationally, while adhering to established logistics procedures and regulations.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, clients, and logistics staff to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
• Develop, maintain and improve logistics processes to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics such as on-time delivery, transit times, and order accuracy to identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve issues and handle inquiries related to logistics promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, such as inventory levels, delivery tracking, and order fulfillment.
• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service to clients.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with supply chain management software systems, ERP systems, is a plus.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of international shipping laws and customs regulations is a plus.
