**LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES**
Position : Community Manager
Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays; (3-4 hours of overlap, morning or afternoon Eastern Time; specific time TBD)
Salary range : $800-$1,500/month
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, content creators and the community
- Identify and reach out influencers that can help the brand
- Identify and reach out to content creators that can help the brand
- Research and List Building
- Organize a list sheet
- Get all information from influencers (home address, email addresses, etc.)
- Organize the influencer and content creators outreach process
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar is preferred but not required
- 1+ years of proven years of related experience with Community Management/Influencer outreach or similar
- Hands on experience with social media management for brands
- Proficient in different social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Applications
- Working knowledge, understanding and experience with how TikTok works
- Someone who has experience with Brand24 (Social Listening Tool) is a big plus
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Good to Excellent communication skills is a must (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational management skills
- With a strong work ethic and ability to communicate openly and honestly
