My name is Tomer Hen, and I am a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry. During this time, I've spearheaded notable campaigns with leading brands, including MasterCard, Amazon, and Audible among bootstrapped E-Commerce brands.
Our company owns a few food amp; supplement brands and additionally helps brand founders grow their DTC brands to 8 figures by creating profitable relationships with influencers and creators.
On the personal front, I am a human optimization and bio-hacking enthusiast. I am passionate about holistic growth and development. On a lighter note, I also dabble in electronic music production.
About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Research amp; Outreach Assistant to provide essential support to our Influencer Relationship Manager and marketing team. As an Influencer Research amp; Outreach Assistant, your main responsibility will be to assist in identifying potential influencers, conducting research, and reaching out to them to build meaningful partnerships.
Your role will be crucial in expanding our influencer network and ensuring the success of influencer marketing campaigns. This is an exciting hourly role, offering approximately 10 hours per week. We are actively seeking talented candidates residing in the United States to join our team.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Collaborate with the Influencer Relationship Manager to understand the influencer marketing strategy and goals.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential influencers on various social media platforms, considering relevance, reach, and engagement metrics.
- Utilize data analysis to assess influencers' suitability for specific campaigns and target audience alignment.
- Reach out to influencers via email or social media platforms, conveying partnership opportunities and initiating communication.
- Assist in negotiating and coordinating partnership terms, contracts, and deliverables with influencers.
- Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts and campaign-related information.
- Monitor and track influencer outreach progress, following up as necessary to ensure timely responses and collaborations.
- Provide administrative support to the Influencer Relationship Manager, such as scheduling meetings and managing communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer research, outreach, or a related administrative support role, with a background in identifying and engaging with influencers.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends, enabling effective research and outreach strategies.
- Prior experience in data analysis and the ability to assess influencers' suitability for specific campaigns based on relevant metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing influencer databases and keeping track of outreach progress.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with influencers and convey partnership opportunities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative in identifying potential influencers and contributing to the success of influencer marketing efforts.
- Relationship-building skills, fostering positive interactions with influencers during outreach and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple outreach efforts efficiently and supporting the Influencer Relationship Manager in administrative tasks.
