About the role:
We are looking for a skilled Audit Management Consultant with a strong background in auditing and consulting on Philippine management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive audit of our E-commerce Service Provider management teams based in the Philippines.
The main focus of the audit will be to address three critical challenges: sick leave for various reasons, lack of proactiveness and drive from the team, and a deficiency in leadership from the leadership team.
This project is expected to require 10-20 hours of work in Philippine Standard Time.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Conduct a thorough audit of the management practices and processes of the E-commerce Service Provider teams in the Philippines.
- Identify the root causes of sick leave patterns and propose actionable solutions to reduce absenteeism.
- Evaluate the team's performance and proactiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting strategies to boost productivity and motivation.
- Assess the leadership team's effectiveness, pinpoint areas of weakness, and recommend methods to enhance leadership skills and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management consulting, specifically in auditing and addressing HR-related challenges within Philippines-based teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing sick leave trends and devising effective absence management strategies.
- Prior experience in evaluating team dynamics, identifying performance gaps, and implementing solutions for fostering a proactive work environment.
- Familiarity with assessing leadership capabilities and implementing leadership development initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to delve into data and extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey audit findings and recommendations clearly.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to address challenges promptly.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
