Associate Product Manager

Quadrant (an Appen Company) is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join their team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a global leader in mobile location data and Point-of-Interest (POI) data, Quadrant's Geolancer platform is the go-to source for authentic and reliable location data. The Associate Product Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the platform's future development and ensuring its success.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This person will report to the Product Manager and work closely with stakeholders across the organization.

• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing product optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, data science, and sales, to ensure product deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to inform product development decisions.
• Develop business cases and product requirements documentation to guide product development.
• Work with user experience (UX) designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure product features align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Communicate product updates and releases to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or related role.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Familiarity with mobile app and web development.
• Understanding of location data and geospatial intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with cryptocurrency or blockchain technology a plus.
