Company Nurse - Reliever (10-days Contract)

ConnectOS, a leading provider of offshore talent for organisations in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a Company Nurse - Reliever for a 10-days contract. As the Company Nurse - Reliever, you will be responsible for attending to the medical needs of ConnectOS employees and assisting in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. • Attend to the medical needs of employees reporting for work
• Monitor and record the attendance of the employees
• Report to the HR department regarding incidents, accidents, and injuries that occurred in the workplace and administrate first aid and treatments
• Administer medications and vaccinations to employees
• Assist in maintaining company records of illness, absenteeism, and injury reports
• Ensure all registered medications are properly tracked and monitored
• Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace by conducting awareness campaigns and activities
• Conduct preliminary assessments of employees who are returning to work after experiencing illness or injury

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• A registered nurse with a valid license and updated BLS certification
• With at least 1 year of nursing experience
• Familiarity with medical terminologies and healthcare processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Keen attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
• Willingness to work on a 10-day contract basis and to be assigned to ConnectOS Team HQ in Mega Tower, EDSA, Manila.
• Can start ASAP
