Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Salary Range: $1,000-$,1600 USD per month
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (CST) / Meeting checking once or twice a week (10PM to 7AM Philippines Time)
Support Shepherd, a headhunter agency specializing in locating top overseas talent, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in the marketing and advertising industry. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, leading a team to achieve marketing goals, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. As an integral part of the team, the Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with clients to refine marketing strategies, optimize digital content for search engines, build brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside an AI developer to invent, build, test, deploy, and monitor new methods and strategies for marketing automation
- Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groupsBuild strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wiselyOversee and approve marketing copy and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsAnalyze target customer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Must know Bento (Marketing Automation Tool)
- Familiarity with SEO (a plus!)
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team to achieve marketing goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Experience with digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and Hootsuite
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations for marketing strategy.
