Position: Web Entry Specialist
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM MST US
Salary Range: 800- 1500 USD

We are a wholesale distributor of Men, Women, and Kids apparel. We bring a wide range of Sportswear, Athleticwear, and Accessories. We are committed to supplying imprintable apparel and accessories to screen printers, embroiderers, promotional products distributors, and athletic dealers.
About the job:
Approximately 99% of our orders are processed through our website.
However, the majority of these orders require some form of manipulation.
These orders need to be scheduled for local delivery through Courier services.
The orders are manually entered from multiple warehouses.
Additionally, we arrange for orders to be transferred from one warehouse to a closer location to match the customer's shipping address.
Duties amp; Responsibilities:
- This individual needs to be very reliable ( perfect attendance)
- Comfortable with a monotonous task
- High volume of paperwork
- Exceeding processing deadlines with accuracy In US MST.
- Distribution / Multiple Warehouses/ Freight Consolidation
- Knowledge of Utah , Salt Lake City as far as the cities surrounding it (can be trained, but needs to learn!)
- Knowledge of the US and a geographical map of the surrounding states (can be trained, but needs to learn)
- Basic understanding of computers
- Basic understanding of logistics
- Home Setup needs to include
Requirements
- At least 2 years in similar role
- Home Setup needs to include Dual Computer Monitors (this can be secured upon getting hired)
- Extremely fast Internet connection
- A basic understanding of data transfer between multiple warehouses and ftp/txt file transfer properties
- Our website is built on the Magento Platform- experience with Magento is preferred.
- Experience with logistics, distribution and US geography is preferred
- Experience working US hours is preferred. We will need this candidate to work 8 am to 5:00pm MST
- Perfect Attendance at previous positions
- Has above average communication skills; has minimal accent; conversational; can express ideas; has minor errors in grammar but is still understandable
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Efficient worker and Self-starter - able to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance
