Looking for individuals of Filipino nationality and candidates residing in the Philippines.

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Salary: 800-1,500 USD / Month

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 11AM-7:30PM (EST) |11PM-7:30AM Philippine Time with every other Saturday 9AM-2PM (EST) | 9PM-2AM Philippine Time

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the construction industry. You will be tasked with identifying and prospecting new clients, developing custom solutions for their recruitment needs, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. In addition, you will work closely with the team to identify top talent and help match them with the needs of the client.

Responsibilities
  • Inform the customers about the services, offers and schedule inspections.
  • Update customer electronic records in the company software.
  • Achieving daily metrics, including phone calls and setting client appointments.
  • Persuading prospects to take your initial call and converting them into clients - through following our proven system.
  • Conducting call-outs to warm leads / Contacting past clients to offer new opportunities / promotions.
  • Qualifying a client for an appointment based on availability and interest level.
  • Tools to be utilized by the successful candidate:
    • Marketsharp
    • Google Office Tools
    • Zoom

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience of prior call center/sales experience
  • Should have background in sales/appointment setting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, G-Suite amp; all other systems
  • Familiarity or knowledge about the Insurance industry in the US is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
