Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or any related courses
• Must be Microsoft Certified Professional
• Must have at least 1 year experience as a Desktop Support Engineer
• Must be knowledgeable in computer systems, chipsets, hardware and software systems, and peripherals
• Must be knowledgeable with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications
• Strong understanding of operating systems, such as Windows and macOS
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
