Position: Email Marketer
Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 5PM (CST) / 10PM to 6AM (PH Time)
Salary Range: $800-$1200 / Monthly

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an email marketer, the role is to develop and enhance email campaigns to boost customer loyalty and expand the customer base. You will create targeted campaigns, specifically designed to promote sales across different categories. Additionally, you will curate a daily brand email newsletter that provides personalized recommendations from a group of hockey enthusiasts. You will identify, track, and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve our goals. By analyzing campaign performance, you should be able to identify innovative strategies and enhancements. You will also provide reports on the sales revenue generated through our email marketing initiatives. Lastly, you will ensure that our emails comply with industry regulations and adhere to best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and optimize email campaigns to drive customer retention and growth
- Create segmented campaigns, especially for cross category sales
- Curate daily brand email newsletter daily recommendations from your hockey buddies
- Identify, report, and crush KPI’s
- Analyze campaign performance, find creative solutions and improvements
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record of success in email marketing with DTC brands
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Strong voice and copywriting skills
- Good to Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft 365 etc.)
DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 50mbps internet speed
