Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Stock amp; Logistics Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the timely fulfilment of key partner orders from creation to delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for communicating with our product suppliers, with our Warehouse partners, and with our end customers (on the wholesale side). Additionally, you will collaborate with the internal team to identify and resolve any logistical challenges that may arise via our online store. You will also update delivery schedules for key partners, ensuring they have accurate and up-to-date information to track their deliveries. Your excellent attention to detail, commercial mindset, and ability to identify and process improvements will be critical in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the fulfilment of key partner orders from creation to delivery. - Work with our supplier base to keep them aware of changes and increases to our product needs, and the whole supply chain in the loop on any issues. - Provide timely communication to external partners regarding our logistics - Collaborate with our fulfilment partners to identify and resolve logistical challenges.
- Liase with the brand manager on upcoming promotions to ensure there are the right stock levels.
- Update delivery schedules for key partners, ensuring they have accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain accurate recording and monitoring of all shipping information. - Forecast volume leaving our warehouse and communicate with our team. - Develop and implement improvements to current logistical processes. - Own the channels returns process and ensure timely resolution. - Understand the importance of forecasting, and the impact of delivering orders efficiently.
- Liaising with suppliers on updates from packaging to product - Work with the brand manager to develop new product launch timelines and support where necessary.
- Own the accurate recording and monitoring of product pricing across our manufacturers and communicate with finance on this
- Own the accurate recording of stock across our suppliers, and warehouses, making sure our online systems represent the stock that we have available and work with the finance team on deliveries
- Travel will be expected to meet with suppliers and warehouse partners
