Position : Product Marketing Manager

Work Hours : 8AM - 5PM US MST Time Zone (Monday to Friday) / 10PM - 7AM Philippine Time

Holidays : US Holidays

Pay Range : 1,500 to 2,000 USD / month

We're seeking highly motivated and results-driven Product Marketing Manager for a leading cutting-edge shipping software solutions company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve measurable results through planned marketing programs
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
• Conduct market research and analyse customer data to identify product opportunities and product market fit
• Speak to customers to gather market data and product feedback
• Create and manage product marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, white papers, and email campaigns
• Work with marketing team and product management to define product features and messaging
• Set and achieve quarterly goals and targets
• Track and measure weekly marketing performance using KPIs
• Build relationships and promote Ship.com with key stakeholders, such as journalists, analysts, and influencers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of direct experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology industry or SaaS
• Understanding of direct response marketing principles
• Understanding of product marketing principles and best practices
• Ability to easily work with numbers and ratios
• Excellent writing, verbal communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and cross-functionally
• Ability to think strategically, creatively and independently
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Suite and marketing automation tools
• Experience working in an analytical, data-driven, results oriented environment
• Proactive and self-motivated and desire to win
• Prior competitive athlete a plus

• Reliable and stable internet connection for seamless communication.
• A computer or laptop with up-to-date software and hardware capabilities.
• Headset or headphones with a microphone for clear audio during calls.
• Webcam for video conferences and virtual meetings.
