Job Description

LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES
Position :Community Manager

Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 10am - 7pm Manila Time ( Subject to change)

Salary Range :$1000-$1800 (( Depending on the interview result and the client's approval)

About the company:

We are a retailer of premium health supplements. We help improve our customer’s lives and health by providing high quality and powerful health products. We sell online through our website and Amazon.

Main priorities:

  • The #1 priority is Community Management. We will start a Facebook group for our customers to discuss health tips, share results, etc.
  • The goal of the Facebook group will be for our customers to engage with us and each other, share their experiences, and learn new health tips.
  • The candidate should be someone with experience starting/managing a Facebook group for a brand.
  • Ideally this candidate will have experience in the health and wellness space, or is willing to spend time learning.
  • The role will include moderating the community, developing content ideas, repurposing content from our email list and other areas to use in the group, and engaging with the community. We will run contests and other events to help boost engagement in the group.

Secondary priorities:

  • We may also want this person to help post to our organic social media profiles. Or repurpose content from the community, email list, or website to post on social media.
  • We also want this person to help contact influencers to see if they want to work with us and promote our products.



Job Description:

  • Develop and implement community strategies across various social media channels
  • Create and curate engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) to increase brand awareness and community reach
  • Monitor, respond and engage with clients' online audiences to increase engagement and loyalty
  • Analyze and report on community performance, capturing insights and recommending improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and changes in the social media arena
  • Support the planning and execution of events and activations (online and offline)
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand and support their business objectives through digital community programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in community management or social media specialist role
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and deliver quality work under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and embrace taking feedback to improve own work
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a data-driven mindset
  • Someone who has experience managing a Facebook group community for a brand.
