Responsibilities
- B2B Community Management:
- Drive sales-qualified opportunities for our sms demand gen program.
- Develop and implement B2B community management strategies to foster engagement, facilitate thought leadership, and build a strong network of e-commerce leads/businesses.
- Monitor and moderate B2B-focused online communities, such as industry forums, LinkedIn groups, and other professional networks, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and promoting productive discussions.
- Respond to business inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally yet with a human twist while maintaining a positive brand image in the B2B space.
- Identify and nurture key industry influencers, thought leaders, and partners within the community, fostering collaboration and establishing meaningful connections.
- B2B Social Media Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute B2B-focused (Lifecycle and Attribution) social media growth execution (outbound social) to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement among prospects.
- Create compelling content specifically tailored to the B2B audience, including thought leadership articles, industry insights, case studies, and relevant news updates.
- Monitor B2B (Lifecycle and Attribution) social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and effective in targeting businesses.
- Schedule and publish B2B-focused (Lifecycle and Attribution) social media content, utilizing appropriate platforms and tools, and monitor performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach within the B2B sector.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, and customer success, to align social media campaigns with B2B marketing objectives and support lead generation efforts.
Analytics and Reporting:- Track and analyze B2B social media metrics, such as engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in targeting businesses.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing B2B social media performance and key metrics, providing actionable recommendations to enhance future campaigns and optimize ROI.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends in the B2B space, leveraging insights to strengthen our B2B social media strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, another quantitative field, or equivalent work experience in an brand management role
- Demonstrable history of personal achievement and work ethic
- Strong desire to grow a career in the advertising technology industry
- Excitement to learn and further refine the fundamentals of digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, and programmatic digital media buying operations and supporting technology
Requirements
- Proficiency in Hubspot
- Working knowledge of Social Media Publishing Tools
- Working knowledge of RFM (recency, frequency, and monetary value) strategies
- Working knowledge of basic design tools - Photoshop encouraged
- Experience working with e-commerce/DTC brands
- Ability to write to a brand voice
- Familiarity with SMS best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills, ability to multitask
- Knowledge of best practices and copywriting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or related field of experience
