Position : Pharmacy Data Analyst and Customer Service Specialist
Working Hours : Mondays-Fridays; EST working hours (final schedule TBD)
Salary range : upto $1,500/month

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a data-driven individual with strong customer service skills to join our community pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and interpreting pharmacy reports, ranging from daily outcomes to monthly objectives. Familiarity with PioneerRx and other pharmacy software systems is crucial. Additionally, the candidate may be involved in other customer service-related roles within the pharmacy.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run, analyze, and interpret daily and monthly reports, evaluating performance against set goals.
- Data mine pharmacy software systems to generate insights that can enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop, implement, and monitor systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.
- Understand the intricacies of the PioneerRx system to extract and analyze data effectively.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to identify opportunities for process and procedure enhancements.
- Assist with customer service duties, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, providing data-driven insights and reports to aid in decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is not required but is preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience with data analysis and data mining or similar role
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems (any), preferably PioneerRx
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within a pharmacy setting
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis is a must
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
