Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• At least a year of HR work experience
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge on US payroll and procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with payroll software/systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
