KAMI Workforce is seeking an Operations Associate Manager to join our client's Digital Security and Software company. As an operations person, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the set processes, provide training to stakeholders and users, follow up on implementation of the product at client site. You will be responsible for deployment, implementation, relationship management with Clients.

Our client is India's largest digital platform to manage housing communities. Our client operates 25,000 housing communities in India and has expanded to the Philippines to change the way how security and community management in high-rise condominiums happen now. We have a strong team of 500 employees and strong resources across all domains.

A Day In A Life

• Talk and build relationship with the condominium property manager
• Build relationship with security team of the condominium
• Provide training to the security and admin team on how to use software or mobile app
• Provide support and liaison with the admin manager to make sure the software/app is adopted well and everyone is using it

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with proficiency in Technology
• Proficient in English and Tagalog
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office
• Efficient troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be willing to learn and be a jack-of-all-trades
• Must be willing to work on-site and travel around Metro Manila

Benefits

• Salary - PHP 18,000 - PHP 24,000
