The Business Analyst supports our newest product team in creating marketing materials, help content, configuring applications and working with clients to solve problems through innovative software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Configure demo sites and demo to prospective clients
• Support queries from prospective clients
• Work with the product team to explain business requirements and test solutions.
• Create and edit help center articles
• Research market opportunities and application design
• Support clients with ongoing configuration and changes
• Help create marketing material and website content
