We are seeking for:
Highly creative professionals who transforms indoor spaces into safe, functional, and visually appealing areas. They strategically plan space utilization, and actively select color palettes and lighting fixtures to cultivate an inviting ambiance in diverse settings. Interior Designers and Interior Architects will undertake a variety of space designing projects and will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.

Responsibilities
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Produce sample and mood products
- Experience with space planning
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
- Capable of doing research missing information/details/specifications for product, building systems, details and architectural type.
- Can generate PDFs for review and redline as required to keep the project moving forward at regular intervals.
- Has the capacity to manage, update progress, answer questions, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Self Directed, Disciplined, and dedicated to each project from start to completion
Requirements
- Proven working experience in decorating or designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Must have at least 5 years of experience
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, millwork, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in Revit is required.
- Experience with Enscape, BIM360, Sketchup, Blue Beam and other design software is helpful but not required
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Looking for qualified folks with experience in Corporate Interiors, Retail Centers, Office, Hospitality, Residential, Healthcare and Industrial
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills

- Hard Drive: 512 SSD (better if 1TB) with at least 250 GB free up space
- Video Card: GTX/RTX 4GB 3050Ti (better if 6GB 3060)
- OS: Windows 10 and up
