LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES
Job title: Head of Supply Chain amp; Demand Planning
Salary range: 3,000 - 3,500 USD (the salary will depend on the result of the interviews, assessments, and client's approval)
Schedule: M-F 2 PM - 11 PM EST
Position Overview
As our Supply Chain amp; Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business when it pertains to supply chain amp; warehouse logistics, as well as proactively identifying areas for improvement to save costs and improve efficiency. You will be a key player in ensuring that our products are always stocked amp; delivered to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest level of quality.
**This role has no direct reports - you will be responsible for managing the chain end-to-end.**
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, production, inventory management, demand planning, purchasing and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, cost savings, and process optimization
- Build relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements
- Implement and manage systems and processes to improve efficiency. Properly document the processes as SOPs.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance and identify trends
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working with E-Commerce; must have industrial experience managing communications with suppliers for eCommerce businesses.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Retail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and other relevant software applications
- Skills:
