About the Role
The Zoho Specialist is a subject-matter expert and as such the ‘go-to person’ for all users within the team for all questions regarding Zoho.
Responsibilities
Keep up-to-date with Zoho product updates, features, and best practices Manage and maintain our Zoho One Suite systems, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Surveys, Zoho Sign, and other applications as needed. Configure and customize Zoho CRM and other applications to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new Zoho One Suite solutions that enhance productivity and performance. Train and educate end-users on Zoho One Suite applications and best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.KPI

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Zoho One Suite administration and advanced CRM configuration. Strong understanding of Zoho One Suite applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Surveys, Zoho Sign and other applications. Data analysis skills, both within and outside of Zoho Experience in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM to meet business requirements. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. High attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in providing end-user support and training.Benefits
