As we are growing fast, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our winning team. This is a part-time position with a possibility to become permanent. The position will report to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of allied healthcare roles for our clients across Australia. Key roles that you will be focusing are Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists.
- Tap into the passive candidate market through headhunting and using your strong network in the industry.
- Phone screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate with the clients for scheduling interviews and employment contracts.
- Manage end-to-end communication with the candidates.
- Manage the candidate database and documentation.
Requirements
- Must have 4 to 5 years recruitment experience
- Must have experience in recruiting within the Allied healthcare industry (occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, nurses and psychologists) in Australia or other countries.
- A strong network in the allied healthcare industry.
- Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter or other Headhunting channels
- A bachelor degree in human resources or a relevant discipline.
- Willing to work part-time, 2 to 3x a week (64 hrs. per month) with possibility to be employed full-time

SALARY RANGE: PHP 400.00 - 420.00/hour
