The RISE mission is toAccelerate Internet for the Philippines- we do this by focusing on the overall customer experience; providing excellent internet services while creating a positive impact on our partners and their industries.
From very humble beginnings and with a desire to carry out our mission, we have grown to serve business and wholesale customers in Cebu, Manila, and Davao. Our business customers come from varying industries, such as real estate, IT, and business process outsourcing, to name a few. Nonetheless, they all have one thing in common: they require high-quality service and great customer support.
To deliver the best customer experience, RISE works exclusively with technical services company Pathfinders, through which we maintain our benchmark average of 1.8 weeks installation time for business clients. Together, we operate GetaFIX, the biggest Internet eXchange in the Philippines that helps the efficiency of content and connectivity in the country. We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

The Carrier amp; Wholesale Operations Support’s role is to assist and address the back-end / admin deliverables of Domestic Wholesale team and Carrier Buying team. The role supports the team’s achievement of KPIs by maintaining compliance with all the processes and documentations of the whole team.Duties and Responsibilities

- Execute and/or assist the help desk function and other administrative tasks of the Domestic Wholesale team and Carrier Buying Team
- Handle report generations, sales and buying research, business expense documentations, and filing
- Provide administrative support on updating systems and documenting processes
- Report to the Head of Domestic Wholesale and Carrier Business regarding status of deliverables from both teams
- Support and work closely with other departments to meet team needs (eg. billing, project delivery, etc.)
- Handle all information based on data privacy law
- College Graduate
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
- Fluent communication oral / written skills (English)
- Quick learning capabilities
- High attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to receive concerns/requests and solve them in a timely manner, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and easily adaptable to change and work under tight deadlines
- Experience in sales support, sales operations, and other related roles
