You will be working closely with our US Recruiting team to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various US-based roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify top talent to join their teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and other platforms
- screening potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit with the organization
- maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
- monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement continuously
Requirements
- with a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a US sourcing/recruiting role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- has demonstrated experience sourcing and selecting candidates through different channels
- has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- can manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in applicant tracking systems and MS Excel
- amenable to working on shifts
